Saved games disappear randomly while playing

Text:	Been playing for about an hour. Saved the game a few times successfully, and was able to load save games from the menu after launching the game, but during gameplay all my saved games disappeared from the list. I tried to make a new save, but it never appeared in the list. After reloading the game, it seems only an earlier save exists (despite me having saved the game manually multiple times, and creating a second save). Since it may be relevant, shortly after the time the saved games disappeared from the list, the menu selections for "options," "quit," etc. were grayed out--I had to alt+tab out of the game and close it manually, but this was AFTER I should have had other successful saves.

Hello,

Looking at the log file from the the previous session (the one before sending the bug report), there were some database/IO error during saving game. The grayed buttons also speak for this version. Unfortunatelly I cannot tell you, what caused the bug.

Normally, this is not a very frequent issue, but if it happens to you regularly, maybe we could try to debug it somehow. There are 6 saves in the file, if you have more files on the disk, maybe other saves could be fixed to be loadable.
