Thank you for your suggestions. I've tested your saved game (attached automatically to the bug report) and found out that you have a big amount of containers connected through conveyors. No matter how we try to optimize things there always be a limit what is achievable. You might think that the limit should be bigger, but this is what is currently achievable for us. There is a lot of processing involved in connected containers and making items going to different concurrent machines, creating conveyor loops might make it even worse. I recommend you not connecting a big amount of containers.
