Hello, I've tested the saved game attached to the report and E key works on Terminal (and also displays the prompt). Could you confirm that the bug persists even after the game save&load?

I reproduced the issue.
After I try to access a powered terminal in a newly created game, I see the error:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Credits go to BCP who discovered that terminals are accessible in in creative mode if the game is saved and loaded.
I thought that the Player.log is uploaded as part of the bug report.
Was this exception not logged in the file attached to the report?

Thanks for the log. I don't know why, but there are some reports without the log file, including this.
I tested it in Steam version and found out that in our editor in development version it works while in the released game not. It has something common with some debug settings, but I hope I managed to fix the bug for the next release.
