I made a small enclosed area using armored blocks. I placed its blueprint near a goddilo nest and checked what happens if I stay inside. Quite fast one of the goddilos passed through the wall. This behavior seems to be related to the rain passing through ceilings.
I have not tested in v0.9.8.0 where the upgrade to 2018.3.5f1 was performed. But if no other sensitive changes were done, the 2018.3.5f1 might be the cause. Approaching gradually triggers the bug. When I walk, it happens often that I get stuck and I have to press space or change walking direction to get further. In the place seen in the screenshot, I cannot walk backwards or sideways... it is quite anoying when this happens.
After playing for an extended time (1 hour plus), if I attempt to use consumables (food, water, etc.) game freezes and crashes to desktop.
Whether it is a bug or not. I would like to think it is a bug. For those of us who like to organize our inventory, especially in our mobile bases, and if you have them linked. There needs to be a way for the game to save how you have your layout of your inventory when you open your cargo. For example, I have about 40 Compact Cargos linked. This is in relation to bugid=1008 where I have described the issue. I have a mobile base (air) with interconnected containers. I have connected the ship to a large container via conveyors so that I can move items faster. Then, I have disconnected the conveyor but the large container still showed up in the mobile base containers list and the ship was behaving like actually having to lift the weight of the items present in the large container as well. Went into bete experimental mode, went NW on map and suddenly saw trees disappearing and reappearing. Also could in bete mode drive straight through trees. when I existed the vehicle i kept on falling through the terrain and then hit water far under the terrain. I was unable to get back to surface. had to return to the public cranch and reload a previous saved game.
I just lost 5 days of work in this save, it was a construction of 4167 blocks on top of the main monument, I can now fly through the main monument as if it isn't there, alien storage is gone, odysseus is gone which was anchored to the ground, storyline building is gone. I was swiching back and forth between main branch and experimental branch so I could keep building, maybe that is responsable for this. I have a old save where everthing is fine, but I lose 8 hours of work building a tunnel…
While moving in a vehicle at high speeds, rocks, trees animals, etc. Dont load in fast enough, making a very jarring and in my case frustrating experience. They appear so late that I end up hitting them, whether I want to hit them or not.
Autosave saved my game after death on respawn selection screen. So i was not able to load and continue game. Now i need to run for half a planet to return my stuff, or lose a 6 hours of game.
